How Does It Work?

• Tip Extraction: For tasks with a small work area, like hand soldering, a strategically placed capture point, like a hood positioned near the soldering iron tip, efficiently draws fumes at the source.
• Volume Extraction: For larger work areas, a higher volume approach is necessary. This involves strategically positioned hoods or nozzles situated directly above the fume source.

2. Powerful Airflow:
The heart of the system lies in centrifugal blowers. These robust units generate a precisely calibrated vacuum and airflow. This negative pressure effectively pulls fumes from the capture point and transports them through the system.

3. Advanced Filtration:
The final stage involves specialized cartridge filters. These filters are meticulously designed to target specific contaminants based on the application. The fume-laden air passes through the filters, and the filtration media effectively removes pollutants, ensuring clean air is released back into the work environment.
