How Does It Work?

Powerful Suction with Centrifugal Blower:
At the heart of the system lies a centrifugal blower. This robust unit generates a powerful suction force that efficiently captures dust particles generated during woodworking activities. The blower connects directly to the suction port via ducting or a flexible hose for optimal dust collection efficiency.

Cyclonic Separation for Efficient Dust Removal:
The filter and collection unit are strategically positioned at the blower exhaust. Here, a strategically designed tangential inlet creates a cyclone effect. This ingenious design utilizes centrifugal force to separate heavier dust particles from the air stream. Due to inertia, these heavier particles spiral downwards and settle directly into the collection bag located at the bottom of the unit.

Effective Filtration for Clean Airflow:
The air stream, now significantly less laden with dust, passes through a high-performance dust bag. This final filtration stage captures any remaining fine dust particles, ensuring clean, breathable air is released back into the workshop environment.
